At Zellerfeld, we want to ensure your 3D-printed footwear fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zellerfeld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your 3D-printed products are tracked safely back to our facility.

  Package Your Items

  Place the footwear in its original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Processing

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
