Every pair is custom-printed using our proprietary lattice technology. Once you place an order, our printers construct your footwear layer-by-layer from a single, recyclable polymer, ensuring a perfect fit and zero waste.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each pair is printed to order, shipping times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks. This allows us to maintain our commitment to sustainable, on-demand manufacturing without overproduction.
Are Zellerfeld shoes machine washable?
Yes. One of the unique benefits of our monomaterial construction is that our shoes are 100% machine washable. We recommend a cold cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the lattice structure.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are custom-printed for each individual, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we offer a recycling program where you can send back old pairs to be broken down and reprinted into new designs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
We utilize a specialized foot-scanning app to ensure a bespoke fit. Simply follow the instructions sent to your email after purchase to provide your measurements for a custom-contoured fit.
